Yuzhu Shi, MPH

Yuzhu Shi, MPH, currently serves as Pathways Content Manager at The Dedham Group, having held roles as Senior Analyst and Analyst since March 2022. Prior experience includes an Emergency Data Relief Intern at broadstreet + covid-19 data project, where an analysis of COVID-19 policies and their implications on infection rates by race and ethnicity was conducted. As an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland, Yuzhu Shi facilitated student learning in various biology courses and mentored students. Experience as a Medical Scribe involved transcribing patient information in an emergency department, while tutoring in biology, chemistry, and calculus was offered at Chegg Inc. Research roles at the University of Maryland focused on antibiotic resistance and biosensor systems for combating fungus. Additional research was conducted at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine on plant phytochemicals and progeria. Yuzhu Shi holds a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Maryland.
