Tom Edmiston is an engaged and dynamic student at The University of Manchester, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in International Disaster Management and Humanitarian Response. Currently serving as a Retail Assistant and Receptionist at The Deep, Tom also holds the role of President for both the University of Manchester Darts Society and the University of Manchester Politics Society, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to fostering community engagement. Tom's experience extends to social media and marketing management, event coordination within the University Sports Executive Committee, and relevant internships that showcase a strong foundation in asset servicing and event planning. Prior experience includes a role at McDonald's, where Tom developed vital communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

The Deep
The Deep, one of the most spectacular aquariums in the world is located in Hull, East Yorkshire. This award-winning visitor attraction is home to spectacular sharks, rays, turtles and a colony of Gentoo penguins. The dramatic building overlooks the Humber estuary and is only a few minutes’ walk from the Museums Quarter and Hull Marina.
