Hayley Baddiley has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Hayley started their career as a Marketing Manager at United Biscuits / Youngs Seafood Ltd from 1997 to 2002. Hayley then worked at Thorntons as a Senior Brand Manager from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they joined Denby Pottery Company Ltd as a Marketing Manager from 2005 to 2008. In 2009, they established their own company, Four Eyes Marketing, where they served as the Owner & Company Director until 2015. During this time, they provided branding, marketing campaigns, interim marketing resource, and training to various businesses. Hayley also owned and served as the Company Director of Restaurant Zest, an award-winning fine dining restaurant in Derby, from 2005 to 2015. In 2011, they worked as a Consultant/Interim Communications Director at Mark Group, and as a Marketing Speaker at Oxford Summer School from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they worked as a Guest Lecturer at Nottingham Trent University Business School from 2012 to 2013. Hayley joined Denby Pottery Company Ltd again in 2015, this time as the Global Marketing Director, responsible for leading the marketing team and driving growth in the UK and international markets. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Marketing Trainer at the University of Derby Corporate.

Hayley Baddiley completed their education from 1992 to 1997 at Swansea University. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with First Class Honors. Hayley'sfield of study focused on European Business and French.
