Erin R.

Erin R. currently serves as Principal Consultant in the Policy Development Unit at the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing since June 2023. Previously, Erin held the position of Director of Leadership, Learning and Development at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry from February 2022 to June 2023, after serving as Director and Assistant Director in the Policy Office. Experience at the Department of Social Services included roles as Assistant Director / Acting Director of Strategy and Capability and involvement in the Financial Counselling Review Government Response Team from June 2019 to February 2022. Erin also worked with the Australian Public Service Commission in various capacities, including Executive Learning Designer and participation in the APS Surge Reserve Taskforce. Earlier in the career, roles at Defence Australia spanned from Senior Change Manager to Graduate Program Manager.
