Aaron Foster

Aaron Foster is an experienced security and operations professional with over two decades of military and training expertise. Currently serving as a Security Force Specialist and Firearms Coach at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since October 2017, Aaron trains federal officers in firearms deployment and tactical scenarios. Previous roles include Airport Operations Manager and Fire Chief with the US Navy, where responsibilities encompassed aircraft operations, personnel management, and emergency response leadership. A seasoned instructor, Aaron has taught multiple firefighting courses and held various supervisory positions that contributed to notable recognitions, including the NAS Sigonella Fire Department receiving the Regional Fire Department of the Year award. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate Degree in Operations Management from Coastline College.
