Sekou Owens

Sekou Owens has extensive experience in the field of administration and program analysis, currently serving as an Executive Administrator at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since 2009. Prior to this role, Sekou worked as a Program Analyst at Northrop Grumman from 2007 to 2009.
