Stanton G. is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Cybersecurity State Coordinator for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Stanton also holds the position of Distinguished Fellow at Ponemon Institute. Previously, Stanton contributed to the State of Georgia as the Chief Information Security Officer and Director, and participated in the State Cybersecurity Review Board. Additional experience includes directing Cyber Workforce Development and SecureWorks University at Dell SecureWorks and serving as Chief Information Security Officer and Interim CIO for the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia. Stanton G. pursued coursework in Computer Science at American InterContinental University and San Antonio College during the mid-1980s.
