David Lumpkin

David Lumpkin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure support and system administration. Currently serving as the Lead End User Services Engineer at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since January 2018, David provides tier 2 and 3 technical support, troubleshooting issues for internal users, and collaborating on projects with various End User Services teams in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. Previous roles include System Administrator at Innovate Loan Servicing Corporation, Desktop Support Technician at Denton County, IT Support and Helpdesk Technician at the City of Lewisville, and Systems Engineer at Sysdrum Consulting. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Texas Woman's University and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from North Central Texas College.
