Joe Fetcho

Joe Fetcho, CPA is an experienced finance professional who has held various roles throughout their career. Joe started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where they worked as a Senior Manager for ten years. Joe then joined Alcatel-Lucent as a Senior Manager, where they served as the technical accounting leader for treasury, M&A, and restructuring transactions. Following that, they worked at American Express Co as the VP of Treasury Controllership, managing all accounting and financial reporting related to treasury transactions. Joe then moved to Barclays, where they held roles as the Financial Controller at Barclaycard and as the Controller for the Payments Business Segment. After Barclays, they joined American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC as the Chief Accounting Officer, focusing on preparing the company for an initial public offering. Currently, Joe is the Managing Director - Global Corporate Controller at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), overseeing financial operations, accounting, financial reporting, and financial risk management, as well as leading a team of 50 individuals. Joe has a strong track record of improving efficiency, reducing risk, and facilitating revenue growth.

Joe Fetcho, CPA obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Joe then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Rutgers University - Newark, attending from 2004 to 2006. Prior to their higher education, Joe completed their high school education at Westhill High School from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the New York State Education Department in November 1995.
