Mark Lavender

Mark Lavender has extensive experience in program and project management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of PMO (interim) at UK Infrastructure Bank since October 2021, Mark previously held senior program management roles at CDC Group plc and Fidelity International. Additional experience includes regulatory program management at Pension Insurance Corporation and senior program management at Octopus, along with roles in compliance and project management at MarketAxess, Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Rebusis, and Barclays Capital. Mark holds a legal practice course degree from Northumbria University, specializing in Law.
