Michael Turner

Michael Turner is an experienced legal professional with a focus on securities and compliance. Currently serving as Executive Director and Associate General Counsel at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) since June 2011, Michael has held various roles within the organization, including Director and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining DTCC, Michael practiced as a Solicitor at BDB Pitmans and worked as a Compliance Analyst at Commerzbank AG. Michael's educational background includes an LLM from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completion of the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test at BPP Law School, a Diploma in Investment Compliance from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, and a Bar Vocational Course from Inns of Court School of Law. Michael earned an LLB (Hons) from the University of Essex and attended Gosfield School from 1990 to 1996.
