Nikhita Lal

Nikhita Lal has a diverse work experience. Nikhita started their career at School Check In in November 2017 as an IT Support Technician, where they were responsible for answering calls related to technical issues and maintaining various educational technologies. Nikhita then joined The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) in June 2019 as a Global Operations and Client Services Intern. In August 2020, they transitioned to the role of an Embedded IT Risk Analyst and worked their way up to become a Lead Embedded IT Risk Senior Associate in January 2023. Throughout their time at DTCC, Nikhita has gained expertise in IT risk management.

Nikhita Lal earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of South Florida, which they attended from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In June 2019, they completed the "Building Business Relationships" certification from Lynda.com. In the same month, they also obtained the "Excel 2016 Essential Training" certification from the same institution. In March 2020, they completed the "Wireshark Essential Training" certification from LinkedIn. Continuing their professional development, in July 2020, Nikhita obtained the "Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Later, in October 2020, they completed the "Modern Management Tools Certificate" from the same institution. Most recently, in May 2021, they obtained the "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
