The Design Village
Tushar Kaladharan is the founder of ULUK Outdoors, focused on sustainable gear for the outdoor community. Tushar is also a visiting faculty and mentor at The Design Village, where Tushar curates the design program and focuses on industrial design and manufacturing processes. With over 7 years of experience as an industrial design consultant, Tushar has worked with companies like Wildcraft India and RoadGods, leading product design and development. Tushar also has experience as a senior industrial designer at Everpeak and as an assistant manager in R&D at Hero Cycles Ltd. Tushar holds a B.Des in Industrial and Product Design from MIT Institute of Design.
