The Salary Range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The producer is responsible for bringing ideas to life through hands-on production assignments. The Producer works together with senior team members to fulfill production requests for clients
STRATEGY + GROWTH
- Supports and leads TPN teams and clients through the production process with expert knowledge, collaboration, problem solving skills, resourcefulness and careful attention to detail.
- Responsible for leading the production of video content from concept, through final delivery.
- Collaborates with both internal and external Live Action, Animation and Editorial Vendors.
- Key attributes of a successful candidate are: positive, organized, detail oriented, reliable, and proactive.
DAY TO DAY
- Works closely with Sr Producer in all aspects of production from pre-production through post production – including working with clients cost consultant and trafficking of final deliverables.
- Responsible for ensuring all projects are produced at the highest quality on time and on budget. Incl. multiple screen deliverables for all retail stores nationwide.
- Facilitates communication between creative teams, account teams and internal/external production partners.
- Coordinates day-to-day production workflow through agency project management tool – Workfront to ensure that all communication is shared in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
- Billing responsibilities include: creating project estimates, issuing POs, tracking invoices, managing client revisions and approvals using departmental and agency financial software and tools.
- Utilizes Digital Asset Management system including opening project folders; creating naming conventions; archiving and closing projects; uploading & downloading assets, project files and final deliverables.
- Last line of Quality assurance for all content deliverables. Ie: format, quality, accuracy
- Assists with pricing, and purchasing stock footage and music for projects as needed. Works with Business Affairs on applicable licensing of stock music/footage and talent payments.
- Maintaining and updating Production database for best in class in talent and new vendor setup in agency database.
- Exceptional organizational skills — structuring and prioritizing workload, and helping teams stay focused on key priorities, milestones, and deadlines.
- Creates ballparks and production schedules to ensure projects are scoped and delivered on time and within budget.
- May require some travel for shoots and light editing work based on client needs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience working in production and or post production/editorial co.
- Production experience (of any scale or discipline) with 1-2 years of related work experience with production company, or- agency production department (brand/retail) experience preferred
- Interest in advertising/marketing industry, with a high level of reading comprehension skills required.
- Able to meet deadlines and effectively communicate with team members and other internal personnel. They must be able to manage their schedule effectively and be a highly organized multi-tasker who has a propensity for problem-solving.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail and strong visual memory.
- Good interpersonal skills; ability to respectfully offer suggestions and gracefully accept feedback, maintaining a positive attitude and professional manner.
- Demonstrates strong ability to manage pressure and consults with resources before making decisions.
- Self-motivated and proactive in seeking opportunities to assist others on projects; uses downtime wisely.
- Ability to prioritize, manage and efficiently complete multiple projects to meet shifting needs and deadlines, coordinating and assembling needed resources.
- Working knowledge of editorial procedures and multi-faceted content deliveries a strong plus.
- Ability to work overtime with little advance notice.
