Hilary Hilsabeck, MPH, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and countries. Hilary is currently working as a Community Development Manager at The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund. Previously, they served as the Director of Social Enterprise at Question Coffee and as an Independent Consultant at KomezArt, where they built financial forecast models and developed budgets. Hilary also worked as an Operations Consultant at Kweza Craft Brewery, where they implemented financial and operational systems and managed procurement.

Prior to that, Hilary held multiple roles at The Women's Bakery, Inc., including Director of Operations/Managing Director, Deputy Director of Operations, and Program Manager. Hilary played a vital role in growing the organization, securing partnerships, and implementing cost-saving measures. Hilary also led the training and launch of bakeries in Rwanda and Uganda, empowering women in those communities.

Hilary's experience also includes working as a Community Health Consultant for the Peace Corps, a Program Coordinator for the Community Health Initiative (CHI) at the University of Minnesota, and a Reproductive Health and Family Planning Consultant at WellShare International. Hilary also worked as an International Health Consultant for the Kenya Red Cross.

Hilary Hilsabeck, MPH completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they had a study abroad experience at the Universitat d'Alacant, focusing on Public Health and Spanish. Hilary later pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Global Maternal/Child Health at the University of Minnesota from 2012 to 2014.
