Frank Milstead

Frank is a retired Colonel from the Arizona Department of Public Safety. He also spent 5 years as the Chief of Police in Mesa. Arizona. His police career began at the Phoenix Police Department in 1985 where he worked for 25 years in many different positions, including Homeland Defense Bureau, Major Offender Bureau and Traffic Bureau.​
