Freddy Sahinguvu

Freddy SAHINGUVU is an experienced professional in local governance and education, currently serving as the Accountable Local Governance Programme Leader at SNV since June 2021. Previously, Freddy held multiple roles at The Hague Academy for Local Governance from August 2012 to June 2021, including Senior Programme Manager, Programme Manager, and Programme Officer. In addition, Freddy worked as a Freelance Senior Lecturer at Fontys University from September 2012 to September 2018, where responsibilities included designing, teaching, and evaluating courses in Global Marketing, International Trade and WTO Policies, and Corporate Social Responsibility, while also mentoring students. Earlier positions include Lecturer at Fontys University from February 2010 to July 2012 and French Content Developer at Office Depot from November 2010 to July 2011. Freddy SAHINGUVU holds a Master of Science in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht Graduate School of Governance and a Master of Arts in European Studies/Civilization from Maastricht University.
