Marisa Zalabak is a seasoned professional in applied AI, leadership development, and organizational transformation, currently serving as a member of the "Meeting the Climate Challenge" team at The Digital Economist since August 2022. As the CEO and Founder of Open Channel Culture, Marisa focuses on AI ethics, workforce education, and educational transformation while partnering with socially conscious leaders. Marisa's roles also extend to co-chairing IEEE's AI Ethics Education initiative and chairing the Planet Positive 2030 Global Methodologies, alongside advisory positions with organizations like Smart Ethics and Willie Mae Rock Camp.
