Valerie O'Hare

Valerie O'Hare has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, currently serving as the Training Manager and AVP at The Dime Bank since September 2013. In this role, Valerie specializes in training new tellers and customer service representatives, as well as existing employees on new software platforms and banking regulations. Prior to this, Valerie worked at Wells Fargo for nearly 16 years, holding the position of Branch Manager where responsibilities included operations, customer service, and management of staffing and budgets. Valerie's career also includes experience as an Assistant Branch Manager, focusing on teller line supervision and account management. Educational background includes attendance at Delaware Valley High School from 1992 to 1996.
