Sherrelle Russell, P.E.

Sherrelle Russell, P.E. has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering. Sherrelle has managed the Dallas Civil Engineering Section at The Dimension Group since 2016, overseeing site design, engineering reports, permitting and technical specifications for assigned projects. Previous to that, they worked for City of Rowlett as a Civil Engineer, where they managed the engineering and Public Works inspection group, and for City of Mesquite as Capital Improvement Projects Engineer. Sherrelle has also held roles at National Society of Black Engineers, CDM, PBS&J, Boyle Engineering and Texas Department of Transportation. Their responsibilities have included preparing budgetary cost estimates, developing the city's long-term infrastructure plans and managing projects from design to project close-out activities.

Sherrelle Russell, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge in the years spanning from 1994 to 1998.
