Nicole Palermo, M.Ed, LMHC has extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health and clinical services. Nicole is currently serving as the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services and Clinical Director of Acute Services at The Dimock Center since October 2021. Prior to this, Nicole worked at Bedrock Recovery Center as the Clinical Director from November 2020 to October 2021, and as a Clinical Supervisor from July 2020 to November 2020.

Before joining Bedrock Recovery Center, Nicole worked at Eliot Community Human Services as the Clinical Residential Program Manager Forensic Intensive GLE from June 2018 to July 2020. Nicole also has experience working at NFI North, Inc., where they held multiple roles including Intake Clinician for DAE/Outpatient, Outpatient Clinician/ In Home Family Stabilization Clinician from February 2015 to February 2019, and Substance Use Outpatient Program (SOAP) Clinician from February 2015 to June 2017.

Nicole's earlier experience includes working as a Social Worker for the Eating Disorder and General Adult Mental Health Unit at Walden Behavioral Care from June 2013 to 2015, and as a Mental Health Supervisor at Arbour Hri from May 2010 to May 2013.

Nicole Palermo, M.Ed, LMHC has a diverse educational background in the field of psychology. Nicole earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2006. Following this, they pursued further higher education at Salem State University and obtained another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology in 2010. Nicole then enrolled in Cambridge College from 2012 to 2014, where they completed their Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, earning the credentials LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor). Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Consciousness Integrative Health Clinical Studies at Seybrook University from the year 2022 onwards.
