The Community Health and Outreach team at The Dimock Center focuses on promoting health and well-being in the community through education, prevention, and access to care. This multidisciplinary team coordinates health programs, facilitates community relations, and offers direct support services to ensure comprehensive and inclusive health care for all community members.
