Todd Gaines

Todd Gaines is the East Coast Partner at The Dinerstein Companies. Todd has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Todd started their career in real estate development with Wood Partners in Atlanta, Georgia. Todd was with the company for nine years and was responsible for developing and constructing over 6,000 multifamily units.

In 2016, Todd joined Aspen Heights Partners as Division President - West. Todd oversaw the development and construction of over 4,000 units in Texas, Colorado, and California.

Todd has been with The Dinerstein Companies since August 2021.

Todd Gaines has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas at Austin in Real Estate Finance and Development. Todd also has a Doctor of Law (JD) from South Texas College of Law Houston, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Washington and Lee University in Politics.
