Brad Rom is currently the Chief Operating Officer at The Dinner Ladies. Prior to this, they were the Finance Director at Mable from November 2018 to June 2020. Brad was also a member of the leadership team at Mable, which is a scale-up marketplace for healthcare services. Brad's role there was to drive the finance function of the business with a focus on business growth through the use of technology.

From August 2016 to November 2018, Brad was the Chief Financial Officer - Australia at Purplebricks Group PLC. As a member of the start-up executive team, they were responsible for driving the financial performance and strategic functions of the once fastest growing real estate agency in Australia. Purplebricks changed the industry by using technology to offer a fixed fee and greater savings to consumers from selling their residential property.

Prior to their role at Purplebricks, Brad was the Co-Developer & Chief Financial Officer at East Sydney Private Hospital from October 2011 to March 2016. In this role, they were responsible for the hospital's financial performance and strategic functions.

Before their work in the private sector, Brad worked at Deloitte in their Assurance & Advisory division from July 2008 to September 2011.

Brad Rom completed a merit in management accounting and analysis from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Brad also has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney in accounting and finance.
