Naomi Carey

Naomi Carey has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Naomi began their career as an International HR Manager at Tetley International Ltd in 1998. From there, they moved on to become the Director of HR Worldwide at The Tetley Group in 2000. After that, they served as the Strategic Head of HR at Action for Children from 2005 to 2010. In 2008, they established their own company called HR Answers Ltd, where they worked as an Independent HR Consultant until 2013. In the same year, they joined The Disabilities Trust as the Director of Human Resources and also took on the role of Interim Workforce Development Director. Their tenure at The Disabilities Trust is ongoing.

Naomi Carey completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of West London from 1991 to 1994. Naomi then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree with Distinction in Human Resource Management from 1994 to 1995. Later on, in 2009 and 2010, Naomi attended Kingston University Business School where they earned a Postgraduate Certificate of Leadership Practice in the field of Leadership.
