Franca Venetico GAICD MBA is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer strategy, transformation, and business management across various sectors, particularly in financial services and health insurance. Currently serving as General Manager for Design, Development & Delivery at nbn™ Australia and as a Non Executive Director for The Disability Trust, Franca has previously held senior roles at Medibank, where notable achievements included winning the inaugural Best CX Transformation of the Year award in 2018 and representing Medibank at a Senate Inquiry.
