Simone Bale has been working in the business management and employment consulting field since 2002. With experience in various companies such as The Disability Trust, Jobfind Centre, and Campbell Page, Simone has held positions such as Business Manager, Employment Consultant, Team Leader, and Compliance Consultant. Simone's role has involved conducting internal business process reviews to ensure high-quality service delivery to customers and stakeholders. Simone attended Star of the Sea St Mary's College in Wollongong for education.
