Terri Goodwin

Terri Goodwin has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a background in nursing and various managerial roles. Currently, Terri works as the Manager of Training & Development at The Disability Trust, overseeing compliance requirements, developing training packages, and delivering training. Terri is also working as an RN/Manager in LTCS residential care and has previous experience as a Manager of HR & Training and Manager of Care Solutions Staffing. Prior to their current roles, Terri served as a Senior Care Coordinator and Care Coordinator at IRT, where Terri managed clinical care, staff recruitment, and assessments for aged care residents. Terri holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from the University of Wollongong.
