Itzel Luna

Itzel Luna is an accomplished journalist and editor with extensive experience at The Stanford Daily, currently serving as Executive Editor while managing the University news desk and coordinating fellowships. Luna has contributed significantly to various news organizations, including a recent internship as a Daniel Pearl Memorial Intern at The Wall Street Journal and as a News Intern at USA TODAY. Past experiences include a Fellowship with CalMatters, a Breaking News Internship at the Los Angeles Times, and a News Internship at KTLA. An alumnus of the Daniel Pearl Journalism & Communications Magnet, Luna is pursuing a Master’s degree in Journalism at Stanford University, having already earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with Data Science, Markets, and Management from the same institution.
