Usha Back has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Usha started their career as a Pre-registration Industrial Pharmacist at Abbott Laboratories in 1997, followed by a role as a Pre-registration Clinical Pharmacist at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in 1998.
In 2002, Usha joined Capital Group | American Funds as an Investment Analyst, where they managed a US$100M fund and achieved outstanding performance for three consecutive years.
