Jamie Rose Ousterout, CDE®

Jamie Rose Ousterout, CDE®, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jamie Rose is currently Vice President, Client Success at The Diversity Movement since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Client Services at the same company from October 2020 to January 2022.

Jamie also founded Stabilimenta in July 2018 where they worked as an Operational Strategy Consultant. Jamie Rose'sresponsibilities included assisting professional services organizations in establishing and optimizing their processes to better serve clients and engage employees.

Before Stabilimenta, Jamie was a Group Account Director at BAERING from October 2017 to July 2018. Jamie Rose served as Director, Strategic Accounts at Sharecare, Inc. from February 2017 to September 2017, and as Manager, Strategic Accounts from June 2015 to February 2017.

Jamie's earlier experience includes roles at Macquarium as a Project/Account Manager from October 2014 to May 2015, and at Centerline Digital where they held various positions such as Account Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Coordinator from May 2011 to June 2014.

Jamie Rose began their career at Oxford University Press as a Production Editor from September 2009 to May 2011.

Jamie Rose Ousterout, CDE®, holds a BA degree in English and History from Cornell University, which was earned from 2005 to 2009. Jamie also attended the University of Galway in an unspecified period between the years, but the degree name and field of study are unknown. Prior to college, Jamie graduated from Mullen High School in 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Jamie obtained the Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®) certification from The Diversity Movement in September 2021.
