Founded by brothers Jesse, Josh and Dede Flemming and headquartered in Downtown Los Angeles, Do LaB is a highly-skilled collective of creative minds merging an array of forces to produce rich, immersive festival experiences punctuated by a celebration of art and a penchant for bringing different tastes together.  


Our History
Between what Rolling Stone called “the Best Dance Floor” at Coachella and their exceptional annual events - including the mind-boggling Lightning in a Bottle Arts & Music Festival, the internationally acclaimed Woogie Weekend and Dirtybird Records summer camp themed Dirtybird Campout, Do LaB treats the experience itself as the art form. Their commitment to environmental consciousness, healthy living and far-reaching artistic collaboration has garnered worldwide media attention. While, their music curation centered on the freshest emerging talent has made them a reputable source for what’s next.

Do LaB’s iconic structures and holistic approach to event production have become a calling card at events all over the world, including Pemberton Festival in Canada, Boom Festival in Portugal, Envision Festival in Costa Rica and Coachella in Southern California  - just to name a few. As masters of the immersive experience with a signature renegade style, Do LaB has evolved from humble beginnings as a small art collective in a Los Angeles-based warehouse into a respected event creations company, winning over major music festivals far and wide with their own dedicated brand of unparalleled creativity.

The Event Production and Operations team at Do LaB, Inc. is responsible for the seamless execution of immersive festival experiences, ensuring every detail from logistics to artist relations is meticulously planned and executed.
