Eunice Gilmore is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Doe Fund since March 2009, where responsibilities include enhancing employee and organizational performance through comprehensive HR programs and benefits administration. Previously, Eunice held the role of Human Resources Manager at Planned Parenthood of New York City, focusing on talent acquisition, employee performance management, and compliance within a 350-employee framework. Earlier experience includes serving as Recruitment Manager at The Jewish Home & Hospital and Employment Coordinator at Bailey House, Inc., where Eunice specialized in recruitment and workforce development. Eunice holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brooklyn College.
