Jan Lott joined the executive team in December 2021 as Vice President – Human Resources. In this role, she leads the company in setting human resources strategies and organization change efforts to enable Doe Run to better meet the needs of the customers and the markets they serve. More specifically, Jan is responsible for attracting, retaining and developing talent in support of achieving the business objectives. She also oversees benefits, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, and organization development.
When she joined the team, Jan brought multiple decades of human resources leadership experience from various organizations that are leaders in their industries.
Jan holds a master’s degree in psychology from University of Missouri – St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lindenwood University. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional.
Current role
