Paul Downs MAICD is an experienced retail professional and consultant with over 20 years in the industry, specializing in retail transformation and omni-channel service offerings. Currently serving as the Founder and Advisor of The DOM and as an Executive Coach for The Real Tale, Paul also holds the position of Board Advisor at iEqualChange and has been the Managing Director at it works since January 2011. Previous roles include Chief Information Officer at City Beach Australia and Head of Infrastructure Services at Carphone Warehouse. Paul has a strong educational background in Technology Management and Business and Finance, with a BSc Honours from the University of Staffordshire and a National Diploma from North East Surrey College of Technology.
