Msw Jon Haseltine

Jon Haseltine, MSW, MBA has a varied and extensive work experience. Jon currently serves as the Chief Compliance & Operating Officer at The Door - A Center of Alternatives since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at The David Lynch Foundation from 2016-2022. Jon also held the position of Senior Director at Year Up from 2013-2016 and Director at Get Schooled from 2010-2013. Before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, Jon worked as a Senior Manager at American Express from 2006-2010. Jon also served as a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from 2003-2006. Earlier in their career, Jon worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Lahey Health Behavioral Services from 1999-2002 and as a Community Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps from 1995-1997.

Jon Haseltine, MSW, MBA, has an extensive education history. In 1991, they enrolled at the University of New Hampshire and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Political Science in 1995. Following this, in 1998, Jon pursued a Master of Social Work degree specializing in Clinical Social Work at the same institution, which they successfully completed in 2000. Jon continued their education and obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University, attending from 2001 to 2003. Later, in 2004, they attended Georgetown University for the Government Affairs Institute - Legislative Studies Program for Government Executives, which they finished in 2005. Most recently, in 2015-2016, Jon attended the Columbia Business School for the Senior Leadership Program for Nonprofit Executives.
