Caitlin Neary

Caitlin Neary is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in revenue and contact center management. Currently serving as Director and Global Head of the Contact Centre at Dorchester Collection since May 2018, Caitlin has previously held significant roles, including Head of Revenue at The Lanesborough and various revenue management positions at The Dorchester, 45 Park Lane, and Coworth Park. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from EHL, earned between 2009 and 2013.
