Ismail Jama

Ismail Jama is a highly experienced IT professional with a focus on business intelligence and data analytics. Currently serving as the Global IT - Business Intelligence Manager at Dorchester Collection since October 2015, Ismail has successfully enhanced self-service BI reporting tools, integrated an offshore team, and created interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. Prior experience includes working as a BI Developer at Financial Times, where Ismail managed a team and contributed to the development lifecycle of reporting solutions, and as a SQL BI Developer at Marks and Clerk, where database solutions were developed and optimized for business needs. Ismail holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from Brunel University and completed a course in Applied Data Science and Machine Learning at Cambridge Spark in 2018.
