Nina Ptok

Nina Ptok, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Dorchester Collection since January 2022, Nina oversees multiple luxury properties within the organization. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at The Arts Club Dubai and Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai, as well as Area Director of Human Resources for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, managing HR functions across five hotels in four countries. Nina's expertise encompasses HR strategy development, leadership program coordination, talent management, and comprehensive HR policy implementation. Education includes an Advanced Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
