Alec Burger

Alec Burger is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various industries. Currently serving as Non-Executive Chair at The Dot Group since January 2023, Alec previously held the position of Non-Executive Chair at GSA - Global Student Accommodation from October 2021 to March 2023. As Chief Executive Officer at GE Capital from January 2018 to October 2021, Alec led the organization through significant developments. Additionally, Alec was President and CEO of GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) from January 2016 to January 2018 and President and CEO of GE Capital Real Estate from April 2014 to December 2015. Alec's educational background includes an Executive MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Trinity College-Hartford.
