Elan Shore is an accomplished economic development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since August 2014, Elan has served in multiple capacities at DTLA Alliance, culminating in the position of Director of Economic Development. Previous roles include Regional Coordinator at the California Fuel Cell Partnership and Director of Client Service at Workforce Development Partners. Elan has also held the role of Regional Manager at the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation and served as a Senior Business Consultant at Ontario Public Service. Elan began a career in immigration and business consulting as an Immigration Officer at the Canadian Consulate General in Los Angeles. Elan holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Mediation and Dispute Resolution from California State University, Northridge.
