Kristina Hudelson

Kristina is the Legal and Financial Operations Lead based in DRK’s Menlo Park office. Before joining the DRK team, Kristina was a paralegal and office manager in boutique firms around the San Francisco Bay Area. She has assisted attorneys with corporate formations and governance, stock and real estate transactions, civil litigation, insurance subrogation claims, and estate planning. Kristina will support their deal and portfolio teams with diligence and grant management processes. In her time outside of work, she enjoys volunteering as a supervisor for The Taylor Family Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Livermore, California. She also performs in community theater productions.

Kristina graduated with honors from Santa Clara University where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Italian. She also has a Masters of Arts in Educational Studies.
