Lisa Schule

Lisa Schule is an experienced leader in environmental sustainability and investment management. Currently serving as Managing Director of Drawdown Fund, managed by Tiger Grass Capital since June 2023, Lisa focuses on promoting impactful, ROI-positive solutions addressing climate change. As Co-Founder and Managing Director at Spring Growth Partners since July 2021, Lisa oversees the Investment Committee of GEF's US Growth Fund II, L.P. Additionally, Lisa has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at Generate and Global Environment Fund, as well as Vice President at Perseus, LLC. With a solid foundation in operations at PECO Energy and legal expertise from Fox, Bennett & Turner, Lisa complements a strong academic background, holding a BA in English and Psychology from Amherst College and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. Board service includes positions with NxtPhase Corporation, Serveron Corporation, Nexus Energy, Chroma Energy, and Soft Switching Technologies.
