Josh Hoe

Joshua Hoe currently serves as Senior Policy Manager at Dream.Org, beginning in February 2023, after holding the position of Criminal Justice Policy Manager. Prior experience includes Senior Policy Analyst at Safe & Just Michigan from February 2022 to February 2023 and Policy Analyst from May 2019 to February 2022, where responsibilities focused on supporting legislative campaigns. As the Owner of On Pirate Satellite, a music blog from October 2015 to February 2023, Joshua also directed programs at the University of Michigan between August 2003 and June 2010, with a focus on program direction and fundraising. Joshua holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Central Oklahoma, earned from 1988 to 1993.
