Molly Brodsky is a facilitator, experience designer, and systems-thinker who brings together unique groups to find common purpose. Molly manages Green For All’s Dialogues Program, where she convenes organizations, businesses, and communities to connect and collaborate around innovative and inclusive climate solutions. With a background in community-centered research, design strategy, and sustainable agriculture, Molly is passionate about re-imagining and co-creating spaces, systems, and networks that foster imagination, curiosity, and care. At Dream.Org, Molly has also focused on Green For All’s community partnership strategy, and served as the Special Assistant of Strategy & Planning to Dream.Org’s CEO & COO. Molly holds a BA in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Environmental Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis and is certified in Design Thinking through IDEO. She has spent time practicing sustainable agriculture across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Northern India, and now calls Oakland, California home. You can find Molly backpacking along the West Coast, lost in her favorite bookstore, or right in her living room surrounded by good food and a good community.
