Travis Chapman

Travis Chapman is an accomplished Division Sales Manager and Principal Broker at Drees Homes, where a focus on new home sales has been prominent since February 2013. Travis plays a pivotal role in managing the Kings Chapel community, promoting luxury homes valued between $1 million and $1.5 million. A graduate of Drees Homes' esteemed Management Development Program in 2020, Travis previously served as a Training & Development Manager at J.Crew, where responsibilities included onboarding and training new hires. Additionally, Travis gained retail experience as an Assistant Store Manager at American Eagle Outfitters from April 2006 to March 2012. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Management from Belmont University, completed between 2008 and 2013, along with an Affiliate Broker License obtained from the Continual Learning Institute in 2012.
