Duke Of Edinburgh Instructor And Assessor (gold) at The Duke of Edinburgh's Award

Jessica Hayes brings a decade of experience in education as a dedicated Food and Nutrition teacher and Head of House at Forest School, where responsibilities included teaching at both KS3 and KS4 levels. With a strong background in Design and Technology, Jessica held previous roles as a KS3 lead at Mill Hill County High School and a Design and Technology teacher at JFS School. In addition to teaching, Jessica has served as Director of Coaching for The Duke of Edinburgh's Award and worked as an instructor and assessor for the Gold level. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Advanced Education and Leadership from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, a PGCE in Design and Technology from Middlesex University, and a degree in Food and Consumer Studies from London Metropolitan University. Jessica has also contributed to educational governance as a school governor for the Heathcote School & Science College Alumni Network.
