Katie Bamber

Katie Bamber has a diverse work experience in communications and media roles. Katie started their career as a Public Relations Officer at Girlguiding in 2013 and later worked as a Media Officer at Liberty. Katie then became the Communications Director at Liberty and held this position until 2018. In 2018, they joined Full Fact as the Head of Communications. In 2019, they moved to The Duke of Edinburgh's Award as a Senior Communications Officer and later became the Senior Media and Communications Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Communications at The Duke of Edinburgh's Award. Additionally, they have also served as an Advisory Board Member at the Centre for Military Justice since 2020.

Katie Bamber obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in French and German from the University of Oxford in 2007. Three years later, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism at the University of Central Lancashire, which they completed in 2011.
