Megan Guzylak, SHRM-CP, REBC, has extensive experience in the employee benefits sector, currently serving as the Employee Benefits Manager at The Dunn Group since February 2010. In this role, Megan oversees the New York Division of the Employee Benefits department and facilitates client training on HR & Benefit Administration software. Previously, Megan worked as an Employee Benefits Account Advisor, where responsibilities included quoting and servicing large group employee benefit clients and developing proposals. Earlier career experience includes roles at Corning Incorporated in Accounts Payable and as a Life Insurance Processor at Brian K Adams & Associates. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from SUNY Empire State College and participation in the Leadership Chemung Program.
