Ryan Stough

Ryan Stough is an experienced Senior Project Engineer I at The Durham Company since August 2023, with a strong background in electrical engineering and product design. Prior to this role, Stough served as Engineer III at Electric Power Systems, leading the T&D reliability team and conducting field inspections for Liberty Utilities. Stough has also held various engineering positions, including R&D Mechanical Engineer at WEG Transformers USA, where significant improvements were made in transformer tank design, and Test Lab Manager at The H-J Family of Companies, overseeing product testing for the electric power industry. With a solid educational foundation in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and an Associate degree from East Central College, Stough brings extensive experience in transformer design, testing, and project management across multiple organizations since 1994.
